Guys, if you have any clients you are working with and they haven’t been pre-approved I would urge you to ask them to call me over the weekend so I can book a special rate for them

3yr at 2.89%

2yr at 2.50%

THESE RATES ARE BEING DISCONTINUED ON MONDAY FEB 13^TH.

All deals must be funded by April 30^th.
